We are excited and proud to announce that Nina Arora Singh, a Board Certified Physician Assistant, will be joining our practice in mid-September.
Nina received her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistance at Emory University School of Medicine with high honors in December 2011. Prior to attending Emory, Nina worked as a registered respiratory therapist for six years at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Following her experience with Egleston, Nina went back to school and earned her degree at Emory to become a Physician Assistant.
Nina has been very active in giving back to our community by serving as Chairman of the Family Centered Care Committee and volunteering in organizations including Habitat for Humanity, City of Refugee Clinic, and Hands on Atlanta. In July 2011, Nina traveled to Ghana, Africa, where she spent time working in a local hospital and provided community outreach focused on child development, breastfeeding, and malaria management.
Nina is a very bright and compassionate provider and we are very happy to have her join our team at MetroDerm. She will primarily be working with Dr. Amy Kim to assist in the care and treatment of patients with skin cancer and patients with general dermatologic needs.
